Hailey Caddy '26 Recruiting Profile

This is my first year playing volleyball and I have played basketball,softball ,soccer, track, horseback, and coaches kept telling me I would excell in volleyball, so I tried it and I love it so much. I have found so much joy and fun in this sport, but also more dedication than I have in any other sport. I put 110% in at every practice and whenever I'm not at practice during the week or at sand courts on the weekends, I'm at home practicing. I have come so far just from one season. I have decided I want to play volleyball in college and I believe I can do it with how far I have come in just one year and I have 4 big years ahead of me. I can't wait to grow and excel every year. My biggest goal is to play volleyball for UVA, graduate with advanced diploma have all my classes figure out and major in business for commercial real estate. What makes me different from other players wanting to exceed their goals are, I will always put my full effort in practices, scrimmages, and games, I am very optimistic and ready and willing to be able to change positions and work with certain skills at any time. I am always working so hard in school getting all the weighted classes I can to achieve a higher gpa with a very high standard but I love the challenge and I'm always willing to work. I believe I put in all my effort and time into this sport focusing on drills at home, conditioning, weight lifting I always set higher goals and achieve them each day. I am ready for whatever opportunity comes my way and ready to achieve these goals.
