Volleyball wasn't my first sport, it wasn't even my second. I was a die hard softball girl and just wanted something to do in the fall. I made the team despite having no experience (thanks Coach K and Coach Tye for seeing the potential in me!), and I absolutely fell in love with being on the court, the digs, the dives, the serves, the rallies, the comradery with my teammates that feel more like a bunch of sisters, learning from my coaches... I love every aspect of it, and I hope to be able to play at a higher level in college while pursuing my academic dreams. I am active in my community and church, and enjoy service work. I hope to pursue a business degree.
