Harli Witham '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Harli Witham. I am 15 years old, and getting prepared for my sophomore year of high school at Robert A. Long HS in Longview, Washington. I would describe myself as a diligent worker, intelligent on and off the court, and I enjoy taking time to set goals for myself to boost my work ethic. My love for the game has motivated me to become a respectful and determined athlete, and to be prepared for any challenge ahead. 

I am currently a Sophomore Starting Libero for Varsity at RA Long.  Starting Libero/DS for a 17U Club Team - PacWest VB Academy.  My first season of club volleyball was in 2016 (10 yrs old) playing for Cowlitz Volleyball Club. Over the years I have attended many clinics and camps to improve my skills. Libero/ defensive specialist is my primary position, but have also held front row as a setter for my school team. In my few years of playing volleyball, I have earned and received MVP three times, and most inspirational once. The game has given me endless opportunities to travel across the country to play. Because volleyball is my passion, I would love to extend my career by competing in high school, and most of all, college. This opportunity has led me to pursue my dreams of playing in college.  

I strive to be a definite leader on, and off the court. In school, I am a part of the National Junior Honor Society, WEB (Where Everyone Belongs) leader, and many other extracurriculars. Throughout junior high and high school, I have maintained a 4.0 GPA. Out of school, I have sewed hundreds of face covers, and blankets to donate to local hospitals/first responders.
