Hayley West '19 Recruiting Profile

In the few years before I begin my college journey, many things about me will undoubtedly change. Be it my hair, my favorite band or TV show, authors or friends, two things I know won’t change are my undeniable love for volleyball and my desire to become a teacher.

My father has a tattoo of one of my favorite quotes: “I’ll rise and fall, let me take credit for both.” To me, success is measured by one’s ability to have the grace to learn from mistakes and transform them into accomplishments.

The college for me shares this philosophy and will contribute to my success and dreams.
