Hannah McMahon '18 Recruiting Profile

Volleyball is something that I fell in love with unexpectedly. I have never put more time, money and effort in to anything as I have put in to playing volleyball. I love every minute I am touching a ball and playing college volleyball is a dream and something I think would make my college experience the best it could ever be. I want to be better each and every day and push my self to work harder and achieve more every day I am in the gym. I have never cared or felt as strongly about anything as I do about this sport and I can't imagine that love and hard work ending when I graduate high school.  I didn't know how much I loved volleyball until my sophomore year , in which I went from playing some on my JV team in the fall to starting for my club team and placing 14th at the Asics National Championships in Chicago that June. I am learning, growing, and evolving as a player so quickly due to my hunger to be my best.  Playing college volleyball is something that I want to achieve and there is little to nothing that will stop me from trying.
