Personal Statement

I love practicing and playing volleyball and being able to give my all in everything I do, whether on or off the court.  I have a good attitude during practice and games and I love being a leader to keep myself and my teammates motivated and playing hard.  I am also focused on getting good grades while in high school to help prepare myself for a great college experience.  Besides volleyball, I enjoy track, playing piano, and am involved in my school's choir. I learn quickly and try to always stay focused on the challenges or tasks given to me.  I look forward to playing at the college level and developing my skills further and being a good teammate.  When I graduate from college, I am interested in a career in Mechanical Engineering or Physical Therapy but want to stay active in playing and enjoying volleyball as a hobby.

  • This camp is designed for girls varsity and junior varsity teams that want to learn through training and competing together as a team. This is a fantastic way to help get your team ready for the upcoming fall season! A coach will be assigned to your team and will plan training sessions to address each team’s specific needs. The team will also have daily competitions to work on applying the skills and strategies learned during training sessions. Our staff will also provide opportunities for team building throughout the camp. The final day of camp will consist of a camp tournament!

  • Sportsmetrics™ is a scientifically proven, six-week jump training program that incorporates proper stretching, special plyometric exercises and weight training. It focuses on developing overall leg strength as well as improving balance in strength from the front to the back of the thigh. Through specialized progression of jump/plyometric drills, athletes learn proper techniques for jumping and landing; increase overall leg strength; improve symmetry in right-to-left leg power and improve vertical jump.
