Dylan Stein Fresh...I am currently a Senior at Lenox High School in Lenox Iowa. I have been wrestling since I was 4 years old. I participated in pee wee state, I also participated in AAU state 4 times. I also participate in several national tournaments throughout the year. This year I went 60-4 placing 4th at the state tournament. My dream has always been to be the best I can be and make it to state all four years of my high school career. I would love to wrestle in college and obtain scholarships to help me out with tuition. I currently practice every single day so I can better myself. If I loose a match I don't consider myself the looser I consider myself as I learned something. I currently practice with Millertime wrestling with Mason Miller out of Des Moines. My future plans are to study nutrition and become a life coach minoring in sports medicine. I also want to be a wrestling coach.

From a young age, wrestling has provided me with numerous benefits, including discipline, physical fitness, and a sense of trust friendship with my teammates. For me, participation in wrestling has been important for several reasons. Firstly, wrestling has taught me the value of hard work and discipline. I am very grateful to be a leader for a sport that has impacted my life so much.
