Personal Statement
My name is Nicholas and I am a current senior at Ravenna High School in Michigan. Wrestling has been a passion of mine for the past 4 years. In 2018, my team and I were district champions and in 2019 I was a regional qualifier. Currently, I am ranked #9 in the state of Michigan for D-4 at 112 pounds (pre-season). I owe this title to my coachable, focused, and goal-oriented nature.
Upon graduation, I plan on majoring in Education to become a teacher. As a student, I have enjoyed school and I think that I will enjoy it just as much as a teacher. I enjoy the classroom atmosphere and hope to give back to my community in Ravenna, Michigan. Particularly, I am interested in contributing to the Ravenna Wrestling program to give back what I have received during my years as a high school student.
