Noah Barnett '25 Recruiting Profile

I have been blessed and am grateful for the excellent coaches and instructors in my life.  My two loves are wrestling and music.  I have been wrestling since 6th grade but my year-round dedication to the sport began in high school.  Having access to amazing coaches and club wrestling has helped me to grow and advance each season.  At the conclusion of the 2023/2024 wrestling season, I advanced to the MHSAA State Wrestling Championship.  

When away from training and competing on the wrestling mat, I enjoy composing music and performing in my own band.  Playing guitar and wrestling have numerous parallels in terms of mastering it as a skill.  Both require intense practice, muscle memory and weaving together movements to produce beautiful arrangements.  

My ultimate goal would be to wrestle in college and study music production or business. I feel my enthusiasm, tenacity for mastering skills and zest for learning would make me a valuable addition to a collegiate level team.
