carl buttitta '14 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goal is to become a national champion while simultaneously getting a great education. I have been wrestling since I was about three years old, my dad being the recreation league wrestling coach.  I have two older brothers who were great wrestlers as well.  I will strive and do anything to make this goal and dream of mine to become a reality. The thing that makes me a good candidate for their team is I am a hard worker and I am a very driven person. If I have a goal or dream  that I want to achieve, there is nothing that will stop me or get in my way of achieving it. The thing that makes me differ from the other recruits is that I am a leader.  I have never been involved in or followed someone down the wrong path. If there is an obstacle in the way I will create my own path to get around it.  I am on a very young wrestling team this year and being a senior I feel a responsibility to lead them to become the best they can be.
