Samuel Henry is a tri-sport Varsity Athlete that spent most of his life in England. Living in the United Kingdom from ages two to thirteen gave Sam a different world view as he was able to gain exposure to numerous cultures as he and his family travelled extensively around the world during their stay overseas. In his move back to the United States in 2019, Samuel had to be introduced to American Sports as he had never been able to play them in England. Most of his time was spent playing Rugby, Soccer and Cricket. Rugby did help to make an easy transition in Football and has also played a part in his ability to Wrestle.
After a great start to his high school sports career, where he was the only Freshman boy to earn two Varsity letters, Samuel is hopeful to continue improving to be an ultra-competitive athlete. During the 2022/23 school year Samuel was a starter on the offensive line for his Varsity Football team and he in now currently the starting heavyweight on the Varsity Wrestling team. In only his second year to ever wrestle he has established himself as dominate force that is only going to get better and compete at a very high level. In the spring he will compete in Track and Field where he plans to throw the discus and shot put.
