Hi, my name is AlanMichael Rubin, sixteen, and here's a little bit about me. In life I pride myself on doing the best in everything I participate in, whether that be pushing through the exhaustion of a multiple match tournament or forcing myself to focus in the classroom, even on those extra boring days. I always stay in the game and am a committed athlete, student, and member of the multiple clubs I associate with. Some major wrestling achievements I accomplished this year would have to be winning a tournament, placing top three at another, joining my first wrestling club, and improving faster than my opponents by triumphing over competition that beat me at the beginning of the season. As you watch my highlight reel, you will see the improvement firsthand. In the school world I rarely dip below the grade of ninety in all of my classes, and I have a particular interest in history and science. The reason I feel I would be a benefit to your team is my natural role as a leader and a skilled wrestler. During this past season, I found myself answering a plethora of questions from fellow teammates and I always made sure to help them answer it to my best ability. On the mat, I am decisive and quick, always reacting to the scenario at hand and reacting how I find appropriate. I have an excellent mat sense and can accurately predict my opponents next move. In conclusion, every activity I do is for a reason, and I will always take it very seriously, no matter what it may be.
