Zachary Hornsby '22 Recruiting Profile

Wrestling is the biggest part of my life. I love wrestling because you control the outcome.  I wrestled on varsity as a freshman at 195 and made it to upper state, my sophomore year I made it to state. My junior year I made it to state, and came up a little short of my goal, as I placed third. My goal is to win state so I plan to put in the hard work to do that.  When I have free time I am watching wrestling videos to learn moves to make myself better. I started wrestling when I was in eigth grade and I fall more in love with the sport everyday. Not a day goes by that I am not watching wrestling. I believe that I could be a great fit for any program, as  I’m a very hard worker and will accept any advice that a coach is willing to give me.
