Personal Statement
My wrestling tourney started at a young age. I was brought up in a military family. As a kid, i was raised to practice self-defense and to help always engage in self-discipline. Along my journey, life taught me a lot more than I’d ever expected. The sport allowed me to make me friends who would do anything for me and vise versa. I was able to bond with teams mates and even competitors over the sport of wrestling. Over the years, I learned that my love for community service keeps me humble and allows me to help others who are in need. I believe that I can be an asset to a college wrestling family with my determination, appreciation and passion to the sport of wrestling. Selfless community service will always be a big part of my daily action and life. In the next few years, my goal is to become a 2x state champion and national champion.
