Personal Statement

I fell in love with wrestling my 6th grade year when I was 11. I had a short “USA” stint when I was younger but we had to stop because of travel times to an adjacent town. Wrestling a higher weight class my freshman year(2019-2020) I couldn’t rely on strength as I was my past year in junior high. I had to adapt and end up relying on my wrestling IQ and heart since I was wrestling upperclassmen.
