Jayson Gadd Per...My goals are to make it to the collegiate level and to also play against some great competition. Preferably, I want to go out of state because I want to experience new things and go outside of my comfort zone. I want to be able to experience college baseball because it's been a dream of mine since I was young and now it's all I work for.
I'm not like everyone else as a player and a person. I have a good work ethic and I am a good team player. There's not a lot of utility players out there anymore but I am one of those few because I can play around the field. My speed is above average and I can swing it pretty good and I have a strong arm. On teams I have been on and the team I am on, I pick my teammates up and I help them get better by talking to them or showing them what they need to work on. Outside of baseball I'm a very nice person and I'm outgoing. I maintain a 3.0 to a 3.5 and academics are very important to me.
I would love to go play somewhere that will be just right for me and I'll enjoy all four years. the mid-west would be ideal because I like places such as Arizona, Texas, and New Mexico. The level of competition I want to be playing in is high because I like to work for the win. I'm the right fit because I can play and get it done and I'm an excellent team player for your team.
