Nicholas Messineo '18 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Nick Messineo and I will be graduating from Tehachapi High School in 2018. My goal is to further my education and play Baseball at the collegiate level.

I have played Baseball since I was seven and instantly fell in love with the sport. I eat, sleep and breathe Baseball. I always want to play and to be the best player I can be. I realize I don’t know everything so when a coach tries to help me; I always listen and try to apply what they are teaching.

I feel my best characteristics are that I listen, have a great attitude and a strong work ethic. Even if I’m not the best player on the field, I use these characteristics to work hard and to be the best I can be.

I would bring good character and a hard working attitude to your team. I am a team player and would be a good teammate to the rest of the team. I will follow your instructions and strive to be a strong player. I will work hard both on the field and in the classroom to represent myself, the team and the school as a successful student athlete.

I am very excited to be part of a college with strong academic opportunities and that will allow me to follow my dream of playing Baseball at the next level.
