March 2016 Skills
May 2015My name is Caleb Henderson. I am 5 feet 7 inches and I weigh 150 pounds. I am a sophomore at RHAM High school in Hebron, CT and plan on playing a large role for my high school baseball team. I also play travel baseball for Team Connecticut Baseball 15U Americans.
My goals and aspirations for my future are to receive a high quality collegiate education while continuing to play baseball. I would like to pursue a major of pre-medicine or sports medicine. While doing so, I would like to play baseball for a highly competitive program.
The defining trait that will allow me to accomplish these goals and make a me a good candidate for any team is my work ethic. My studies come first, but when I step on the baseball field, I am focused and willing to do whatever it takes. This game is not just about me, however, baseball is a team sport. I am a leader on and off the field and I pump my team up no matter the situation. To me this game is much more than fun: it is my passion and means everything to me. For this reason, you will never see me give less than 100 percent.
I have a never-ending desire for improvement. I take what some may call an error or screw-up, and turn it into a learning experience to use it for future improvement. I am in the gym nearly everyday of the week. You will never see me slacking or without hustle. For these reasons, I find that I could be an asset to any college team.
If you have any further questions or thoughts, please reach out to me.
