From the moment I started playing baseball, I wanted to follow in the footsteps of my family, specifically my cousins Matt Matulia (Cubs 2006-10), John Matulia (Rays 2005-11) and Philip Matulia (LA Tech 2018 - 2023). While it is my long term goal to play professionally, I am pursuing playing college baseball on an athletic and academic scholarship. Everyday I work on the field and in the classroom to accomplish these goals. Two things that make me stand out are playing for the JUICE program for 5 years, under former MLB Champion and All Star Chet Lemon. Also, I was named as the starting Varsity catcher for my HS baseball team as a freshman. I was also honored with being selected to play with the Florida National team at the High School National Championship played at Omaha in 2024. I lead my teammates to have my like-minded attitude to bring their best to every aspect of the game. Bottom line, all I want to do is help my team win.
