Personal Statement
My name is Reed Morris. I am a junior (2023) at Troup County High School in LaGrange, Georgia. I started playing baseball around 4 my Dad always put a ball in my hand since I was a little kid to see what I would do with it. Naturally, I started to throw it then once I was old enough he put me in the tee ball league so I could start playing. Ever since then I knew I wanted to play baseball for the rest of my life. So I stuck with it and grinded throughout many years to become the player I am now.
I believe that I bring a great environment to help impact team chemistry. I work very hard and have a lot of pride in everything I do on and off the field. School is very important to me, I've always excelled in the classroom, the main reason for this is my teachers. I give my teachers the up most respect and value them a lot.
I want to play baseball in college because it has always been a dream of mine. I have stuck to it, working my hardest whenever it may be and putting forth everything I have to grow in the game.
