Cal Schmid '25 Recruiting Profile

I am an extremely driven baseball player. I am a handworker on and off the field and especially in the weight room. I am a team player and work well with teammates and coaches, I am very coachable and absorb all advice and constructive criticism. 

I have had some struggles academically and I am dedicated and confident my grades will improve throughout my grade 12 year. I am focused and engaged in class, and I know these next semesters I will show improvement. My parents and I are focused on my academics at this critical time in my educational development. 

My goal is to start my Collège career at a Junior College level while finding a career within the trades. I am blue collar and want to work with my hands.  I think starting at the Junior College level is a good fit for me and will allow me time to develop into a stronger player, athlete and student.
