2023 HighlightsHello, thank you for visiting my profile.
Playing baseball, having unwavering faith, and growing up with divorced parents are three important factors about my life that have significantly influenced the resilient, strong, and focused man I’m proud to be growing into.
Being a baseball player was a dream even before I started to play at age 9. I didn’t know much about the sport, and I unknowingly played my first season with the wrong handed glove. What I lacked in skill that season, I made up for in team spirit. Looking back, I can appreciate that dis-advantage as it led me to find alternate ways to contribute to the team. Today, keeping a positive energy in the dugout and encouraging my teammates is still one of the most important values I bring to the team.
Key strengths that are going make me a great addition to your team: intense focus, desire and willingness to learn, and a consistent positive attitude.
My academic career is important to me, and I take it seriously. As I enter my senior year in high school, my goal is to increase my GPA from 3.6 to 3.9. When it comes time for college, my expectations to achieve and maintain a high GPA won't change. I plan to spend my time wisely, focus on what’s in front of me and continue to dedicate myself to the team, and to my subjects.
With every passing season's played, my confidence, mental strength and determination to perform physically has continued to grow. I look forward to the next five years of baseball and academics. I want to work with a strong coaching team and program that can help me make incremental changes that compound to make a big differences for myself and my team. I look forward to meeting you and having a good conversation about our future.
