Baseball has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I picked up a glove and bat when I was really young, and by the time I was 7, I started playing travel ball. From the beginning, I’ve always pushed myself to compete at a high level. I love the game—the strategy, the grind, the team atmosphere—and I always give everything I have when I’m on the field. I made the varsity team in my freshman year of high school and just finished my junior season as team M.V.P. Over the last three years, I’ve grown a lot both as a player and a person. I’ve worked hard to improve my skills, stay coachable, and balance my baseball schedule with keeping up solid grades in the classroom.
Outside of baseball, I’ve been a multi-sport athlete for years. I’ve played AA hockey for the past five seasons, which has helped me build discipline, mental toughness, and teamwork. I’ve also played other sports along the way, but baseball has always been my number one passion. I take my physical training seriously—whether it’s in the weight room, working on speed and agility, or doing extra reps on my own. I know how important strength and conditioning are for competing at the next level and staying healthy over a long season.
One of the things I’m most proud of is the kind of teammate I am. I always try to lead by example, whether that’s showing up early, staying focused, or picking up a teammate when they’re down. I’m easy to coach, I listen carefully, and I’m always open to feedback because I know that’s how I’ll improve. I bring energy and a positive attitude to every practice and game, and I’m the kind of guy who genuinely wants to see my teammates succeed, too. I believe that strong character and work ethic are just as important as talent.
Looking ahead, I’m really excited about the opportunity to play college baseball. I’m looking for a school where I can grow as a player, get a great education, and be part of a team that works hard and supports each other. Playing at the college level has been a dream of mine for a long time, and I’m ready to put in the work it takes to make that dream a reality.
