Matthew Paolucci '24 Recruiting Profile

I am the youngest of three siblings and therefore battle-tested and self-aware. My parents inspired the importance of character, work ethic and discipline which enabled my brother to be successfully recruited for hockey and achieve a NCAA scholarship to pursue his passion. My sister is a 2022 grad and also a NCAA commit as a soccer goalkeeper with a 4.0 grade point average. I am fortunate to have great role-models to admire, learn from all their experiences, both successes and set-backs and follow in their footsteps to blaze my personal successes.

My ambition is to pursue a degree in Communications while combining a passion for playing baseball. My goal-oriented upbringing will prepare me to manage the academic and athletic responsibilities I want to pursue.

I am a leader by character and example. I am driven to becoming a better person each new day and inspiring those around me to believe in that same purpose.
