Ryan Allard '25 Recruiting Profile

As a two-sport athlete in Ottawa Canada (baseball and hockey) I’ve been fortunate to be surrounded by great coaches and mentors. The last 4 years with the Ottawa Nepean Canadians Baseball Club have been especially important for my development both as an athlete and as a person. I’ve established myself as a leader and quality teammate.

Whether with sports or my academics I pride myself in working hard and taking care of my responsibilities, always holding myself accountable for my own results and improvements. This has translated to both individual and team success culminating in being selected to participate in the Mississauga Tigers High Performance Program US Fall College Tour in 2022, 2023, and 2024. Over those 3 years I've proven to myself that I can compete and thrive against D1s (Iowa, Wright, SIUe, Akron, Tarleton) and top ranked JUCOs (Johnson, New Mexico, Vernon, Paris, Connors).

I am now more motivated than ever to continue my baseball and academic journey and have committed to Highland College in Kansas for 2025. I will follow this same work ethic at Highlands focusing on my next goal of transitioning to a quality 4 year athletic and academic program in 2027.
