Hi my name is Ryan Dickson, I am 6 foot 4 inches and weigh 185 pounds. I run a 7.3 in the 60 yard dash, bench press 135 pounds and squat 185 pounds. I live in Miramichi, New Brunswick in Canada. I go to school at James M Hill Memorial High School.
I started on my high school baseball team which won our Provincial title. The score of the championship game 13-3. Also I started on my club team and if all goes well I will start again this year on the first team.i have started for Team New Brunswick's Canada Games Team in Centerfield and have started at 1st base last year for the UNB Cougars baseball team.
My dream is to attend a high level University or College and eventually go on to excel in one of the sports that I love to play. Seeing as that there are many talented individuals striving for the same dream as mine, I have set a slightly different set of goals for myself. I want to go to university/college and get a good education while playing one of the many sports that I love. Also I hope to obtain an academic/athletic scholarship which could help ease the cost of tuition or any other fees associated with University/College. This would be great!
I will guarantee to always be the guy working hardest on and off of the field to improve not only my baseball game but my grades as well. I know how to lead a life that is dedicated to athletics and schoolwork which I believe would be a very useful aspect to any team. On the field I am always the first to show up and give 100 percent and the last to leave. I am a team player and will take any coaches advice or to help my game in any way.
My whole life I have been priding myself in getting good grades as well as striving to always do my best in all my sports so that I could use both of these aspects to get as many scholarships as I possibly can to help my family have less to contribute towards my education. I want to play an important role, along with my parents and others who can help me make my dreams and goals more attainable, thus making my life the best as one could ask for.
