Personal Statement

I am a team player who is very focused and driven to succeed.  I have been playing baseball competitively for nine years on various school and club teams.  For the past three years I have played on elite travel teams which play games and tournaments throughout Ontario and the United States.  I am currently an outfielder for the Ontario Blue Jays, in the Canadian Premier Baseball League.
Academically, I am also very focused and driven.  I was the Valedictorian at my elementary school and have attained high honors standing in every grade of high school so far.  I participate in many school clubs and teams including: baseball, volleyball, track, debate, chess, and music.
I am interested in studying engineering or sciences at university.
