Cody Tanner '19 Recruiting Profile

Kia ora, My name is Cody currently 17 years of age living in New Zealand. Growing up here Baseball was never big in NZ but I have been playing softball since a very young age and I continue to play at the highest levels with the greatest honour has been to represent my country on a number of occasions. I know that Baseball is where the opportunities are as more of these arise here in NZ. In the past two years, I have begun to convert my skills from softball on to the baseball diamond this has been an easy transition but I still know there is a ton of work to do to keep pushing to get to the top level. Knowing this I am more than ready to put in the hard work that is required and determined to do what it takes to reach my goals.
