Personal Statement

During the Covid 19 pandemic I spent the entire winter training on my batting skills at the local batting cages. During these training sessions Coach Neil Head Varsity Baseball Coach at the MacDuffie School recruited me to play my Junior/Senior year at the school. Even tho all my other sports were shut down during the Pandemic I was able to figure out a way to continue my baseball training by going to the local batting cages. During my 2 years at public high school, I lettered in 4 varsity sports Soccer, Basketball, Baseball, Volleyball and AAU baseball. It was an extremely difficult decision to leave my high school in my junior year, but I wanted to reinvent myself and better prepare academically for college. I also knew MacDuffie would allow me to play High School Baseball at higher level and compete against Prep School athletes.  I have been told I am one of the fastest athletes around and all of my High School coaches always complemented my speed and athleticism.  I lettered in 3 sports as a freshman, voted first team Western Ma for Volleyball and played AAU Baseball at a high level including top regional tournaments.  I was recently voted to be the Team Captain for the MacDuffie Baseball Team.

Biggest Game of the season NEPSAC Semi Final playoff game I hit an in the Park Home Run. The hit scored 3 Runs to take the team to the NEPSAC Championship Game. At the NEPSAC Quarter Final Game, I had 2 hits, single, double for a 3 RBI game. It was a clutch/pressure double to put team ahead and lead us to victory and advance our Team to the NEPSCA Quarter Finals. During the 2022 NEPSAC Baseball Tournament I had a team high 6 RBI’s. I am a multiple sport Athlete. I am the quickest kid on the team running a 3.8 to first base. Historically I am always the quickest player on the team for all the teams I played for throughout my career.
