Jayden Korman '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jayden Korman. I am a student athlete at Logan View High School in Hooper, Nebraska. I will be attending college in the fall of 2021. I plan to study management and go into the construction field after college. Academics and athletics have been equally important to me throughout my high school years. 

I have maintained a 3.7 gpa and have competed in multiple sports at the varsity level. I am an academic all-state athlete. My true love is baseball. The fact that my rural high school does not offer baseball has been an asset to me. It has given me the opportunity to compete on a variety of different baseball teams including select, American Legion, and elite teams in the metro area. I have been a first baseman since the age of ten but I am able to play any infield or outfield position. I am also a right-handed pitcher. 

On a personal note I would describe myself as hard working, dedicated, personable, and outgoing. I have attended leadership training and was selected as one of the “Outstanding Youth Leaders” by the Greater Omaha Council on Youth Leadership. I feel that my baseball experience and interpersonal skills have prepared me to compete at the collegiate level. I am looking for a college that will challenge me both athletically and academically.
