Toby Nicholson '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Toby Nicholson.  I attend Ridge High School in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.  The school is a highly competitive institution ranked #25 in the state of NJ and #454 nationally.  I love competing athletically and can play just about any sport but focus on organized baseball and football programs. I play club baseball for Out of the Park Cyclones who ranked 8th in NJ, 22nd in Mid-Atlantic and national honorable mention for Perfect Game in 2023. I am a key contributor to the success of this program.  

I have played many different roles on the teams I've played for throughout the years but one thing stayed consistent, my focus on the team. If my performance was spectacular or poor the only thing that mattered was the team's success. I can assure you my mindset isn't changing any time soon and as long as I'm on a team there is a passion and need to win. I think my hardworking mindset and passion for teammates and results could help any club thrive.  

It is my goal to play college baseball.  Additionally, I want to leverage my athletic talent to support my academic goals.  I believe my hard work, perseverance and talent will pay off to the extent that I will be considered for this opportunity and honor.  I love the game and can't wait to play more of it.
