David Terra-Nova '22 Recruiting Profile

There's nothing in my life that I'm more passionate about than baseball. I've been playing baseball for as long as I can remember, starting all the way back in T-Ball when I was just 5 years old. My love for the game has been strong since day one and my dream to play throughout my life has always existed.

I'm aware that not everything is handed to you and there are a lot more kids exactly like me who want to play baseball at the college level. But what stands out about me is my determination to succeed, my hustle, and my personality. I believe that you will find me to be a good teammate and a very coachable player.

I also have a very strong knowledge of the game of baseball. But that doesn't mean I don't still do everything I can to learn even more. I'm always open to what people have to say because my ultimate goal is to get better and I am extremely dedicated to succeed.

I wouldn't be able to play baseball if I didn't also succeed in school. Academics have always been important to me. I'm very aware that my actions in school could strongly affect my baseball career so I strive for nothing less than the best grades possible.

Baseball has taught me very valuable things in life. I've learned how to work together on a team to accomplish a goal and how to never give up. I hold these values very close because I know that if I don't, I'll never achieve anything I want to.

In college I plan to continue to be the best person I can be. I'm always striving to go above and beyond the standards. I hope to find the best college for me where I can grow not only as a player, but as a person.
