Reece Magers '22 Recruiting Profile

Hello, I am Reece Magers, an LHP/OF, in the 2022 class at St. John's Jesuit in Toledo, Ohio. I fell in love with the game of baseball at the age of 6 and have never looked back. In the classroom, I dedicate time and effort to get the grades I desire, and so far I believe that this effort has paid off. I feel like this dedication and determination in the classroom translates over into athletics. I stay motivated every day with workouts and practices, and I believe this shows during games. I also am very approachable and inviting to teammates, coaches, and other individuals. I believe that my high school, St. John's Jesuit, has helped me realize what kind of person and athlete I want to be. The great atmosphere has allowed me to grow and continue to thrive both academically and athletically. I will also be there supporting my friends and teammates in whatever they do. For my future, I would love to play baseball at the highest possible level I can, while also pursuing my academic passion in a great atmosphere. Currently, I can bench 225(12/17/20) and squat 355 for 3 reps(1/27/21).
