In my life, my parents allowed me to try any activity. Every coach that worked with me expressed how coachable I am and that I put 100% into the sport I played. I excelled in every sporting activity, including soccer, swimming, football, basketball, track, cross country, volleyball, and baseball. Coaches were disappointed when I stopped playing their sport due to my desire to continue my commitment to playing baseball.
I became interested in this sport as a toddler. My older brother played baseball, and I attended his games while in still in a stroller. I have learned that I don’t have to be on a winning team to have fun. My teammates look to me as a leader. Though playing in sports, I have learned that I possess leadership skills, motivational skills, and the ability to take criticism of my skills in order to improve. I am a dedicated person and will do anything to improve the situations that I encounter.
