Maddix is a hard working driven young man that has a very coachable personality. He is the leader that shows up first and leaves last for every workout. His ability to motivate a dugout is incredible. Maddix is an intelligent young man with goals to pursue a career in engineering after his baseball career. He volunteers at his church as well as helps with youth baseball in his hometown.
