My name is Eric Weeks. Ever since I have been a little kid I have loved sports. I have always been driven to sports because I love to compete. It does not matter if it is a board game, chess, or cards, I have always wanted to win and do the best I can. This trait of mine transfers great to the field. I have always wanted to be the best I can be and help the team win. I also feel that I am a great leader and I always try to motivate my teammates. This is another reason why I love sports. The bonds that I have formed in my years of playing sports mean the world to me, and there is no better feeling than seeing your teammates succeed. This is my mindset on the field. Of course I always want to play to the best of my ability, but I also want to see my teammates do the same. Sports have taught me many life lessons and have shaped me to who I am today. My goal ever since I was young has been to play college baseball and I am willing to put in the work and do what ever it takes to get there. I have also challenged myself in the classroom with multiple honors and AP classes. I have maintained a perfect transcript and achieved a 4.4 GPA. Lastly, things that you will never have to question about me is my passion for the game, my drive, and my work ethic.

- I have been playing on the stars since I have been in seventh grade. My Coach is Jim Clister. I love the guys on this team and the playing environment. We have played in tournaments all over the country. This year we have very competitive tournaments. We have multiple perfect game tournaments, and we have one at Lake Point in Georgia.

Training
- PVS
- 2 years
- I trained out at a facility called PVS during 2020 and 2021. I was able to make jumps in my throwing velocity, as well as jumps in my exit velocity. I also increased my overall strength in many different areas.
- Battleground Baseball Group
- 1 year
- I trained here during the winter of 2021-2022. I was able to develop a more efficient swing, as well as jumps in my exit velocity and bat speed. I also was able to improve some of my throwing mechanics. This helped me gain velocity and also put less stress on my arm.

- I started lifting around my 8th grade year. Lifting has gave me the ability to improve on all aspects in my game. I have gotten faster, stronger, and more athletic from working out. I also have a great passion for working out and it is something that I love to do.
