Personal Statement
My best moment in my baseball career was winning the Junior League State Championship and placing 2nd at the Regional Tournament. However, I have not always had the opportunity to play for winning teams. I know what it's like to be on the other end of stick. This made winning a state championship so much better and even losing in the regional championship easier because I knew how to take a loss and move on from it.
My collegiate goals include to be a good teammate and to do anything to help my team win. I know that winning every game is impossible and I am very capable of trusting the process to become a winning team. I will always try my hardest to better myself and my teammates in the process of becoming a winning team and will continue to, until the point of becoming a competitive club. I also will strive to take this mindset into the classroom where I will work very hard and maintain good grades. I am from a rural town where it can be difficult to be recognized but, I know I have what it takes to play at the next level and contribute to a competitive team.
