My name is Jacey West and I am a Sophomore at Wall High School. I was introduced to pole vaulting in the 7th grade at junior high athletics. I appreciated the skill involved and really enjoyed it. I decided to train year round with a local coach who has helped me to improve substantially. At school, I am on the JV cheer team and FFA. Outside of school, I compete in competitive cheerleading, and I shadow a vet at a local animal hospital. While I stay busy with extracurricular activities, I also maintain an A average in school. I look forward to track season when I can compete in PV at a higher level.
