Personal Statement

My passion and love for the game of football is unrivaled! I've worked very hard to become a student of the game and  hope to someday become a coach after my playing days are over. Family, faith and football, this is my way of life! I have had great success as a youth in this sport and plan on building upon that foundation to allow me to realize my dream is that is playing college football at the highest level, while obtaining my degree which I'm currently undecided. I started playing football at age 4, my dad is a football coach on the high school level and and played division I football at the University at Buffalo in the mid 90's and has also served as president of our youth football and cheer program here in Niagara Falls, NY. So I was born with football in my blood! I'm a quick study and will be the first one in and the last one out, I've learned at an early age to invest time is film study and learning the game is order to become a complete player and a leader that my teammates can always trust in and count on! I currently have a 3.0 average, however I am working hard to reach high honors and plan to do so in the near future, I have attached  some of my  highlights.I shown the ability to read and understand defenses, I was humbled and honored when I was named one the captain this year. I'm still learning that there is so much more to being a great RB and football player, so I am welcoming the challenge and fully expect to reach my fullest potential, so please follow me on my journey I as work to become a blue chip athlete and productive member of my community and society, mark my WORDS!

  • At Proformance, we take a chance. We try to get an understanding of what the need and desire of each athlete is and co-mingle them as best as possible. Plenty of people can watch DVD's and tell you how they are going to get you fast, and certainly there are some crossover exercises that many strength and conditioning professionals out there are using. Choosing Proformance as your athletic tuning garage is like deciding to send your Ferrari to the Ferrari mechanic or the salesperson: if you send your car to the sales rep, he can only tell you about the sales brochure and the car manual he's looked through and memorized. The mechanic specialist, on the other hand, can actually diagnose the problems and issues that are holding up the Ferrari from performing at its highest. Proformance is able to diagnose, fix, and develop athletes. Proformance as a laboratory for sports science. We put each athlete through sets of highly controlled exercises that are designed to instill optimal form. Each exercise is carefully explained. Repetition under the watchful eyes of our trainers gives athletes the opportunity to fine tune each movement to perfection. This develops kinesthetic muscle memory so that, in actual game situations, peak performance is attained.
