For the 2014-15 season, my senior year, I was voted defensive team captain. I'll be the starting cornerback; this will my first year playing CB since I'm a converted RB, but will be a great way for me to further prove my athleticism and ability to adapt. In limited offensive action I'll play running back (which was my original position), but my agility, good routes and soft hands could make me a threat as a slot receiver/ kick returner at the collegiate level.
"Mudehwe is rocked up and made for taking the punishment of running between the tackles. He demonstrated excellent change of direction and acceleration during aglities and individual position work [...] He definitely has what it takes to play at the FCS or FBS level" - Barry Every (National Recruiting Analyst).
Everything about the game excites me, and my heart feels at home on the football field. No matter how hard I work, I know that I can still push myself to work harder. This is what I'm doing as I prepare myself for college.
I do my best to give it everything I've got in the classroom and consider myself as a bright and talented student-athlete. I will except nothing less than the best for myself. I always strive for excellence and hope that I can become the best in whatever it is I do.
During high school I hope to:
1.) graduate with a 3.0 GPA or higher
2.) better myself as a student and athlete
3.) work hard for myself; not for anyone else
4.) put in more than the necessary amount of effort it takes to receive a scholarship
5.) play college football on a scholarship
With hard work, determination, prayer and a positive mentality, I know that I can make this happen.
