Personal Statement
My goal is to sign a letter of intent to play basketball at the collegiate level, while my aspiration is to be an inspiration to other kids who have dreams of playing collegiate sports, but have struggled due to being on the autism spectrum.
I know that I would make a great recruit for any team because I listen and ask questions. I am a coachable player who learns quickly. My friends and teammates can always count on my physical determination and friendship.
I am different than most recruits in that I have Asperger’s. I have overcome several obstacles both physically and socially to be able to achieve what I have so far today. My superior autism-focus drives me to improve my basketball skills daily. I live and breathe for the game.
