Brett Sweeney '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Brett Sweeney and I am a student-athlete in the Class of 2023 at Shore Regional High School. I started playing basketball when I was 6 years old because I had always played with my dad at home. Over time, basketball has taught me a lot about being a leader on teams and in my community and how to be more vocal even when I don't want to be. I become the most authentic version of myself on the court and rarely second-guess myself.

I am now looking for a school and basketball program that will allow me to grow the most as a player while also allowing me to reach my academic goals (which are equally as important to me). I think that at this point in my life, I have enough talent as well as work-ethic and leadership abilities to play basketball at the next level for a college basketball program.
