Personal Statement
Earning a spot in the Texas 6A Regionals as a freshman was huge for me. It gave me the confidence that I belong and can compete with the best players in Texas.
I learned the game from my Dad and now I work (November 2017) with Hal Sutton and Chase Cooper. They’ve really helped me better understand my swing so I can fix it, and how to play competitive tournament golf.
I love playing golf, but I’m not defined by the results. I’m active in our church, YoungLife and FCA, my hobbies include table pool, shuffle board, ping pong, skeet shooting and hunting...I’m really competitive and don’t like losing.
I am an “A/B” student, made National Honor Society as a freshman, all Pre-Ap honors courses and currently ranked 92 of 617.
