Corey Evers '18 Recruiting Profile

I hope to play somewhere someday that will challenge me as a person and as a player. I am a big-bodied two-way defenseman. My older brother, Christian Evers, received full ride Division 1 offers from many schools when he was my age, and has since committed to play for the University of Vermont for the 2017-2018 season. I watched him go through all of this when I was 13, and I can't wait to experience it for myself.  I have grown up with the love of hockey burning inside me, and I'm thankful that God has blessed me with these opportunities. My dream is to someday play at the collegiate level, and I'm willing to work as hard as I need to to get there. I've always had my heart set on hockey and have never been one to party or get into trouble, I am dedicated to doing what I love to do. My grades haven't always been the best, but I do try to work hard to keep my studies in check. Consider me to play for your team, I'm certain I won't let you down!
