My Goal is to play on a strong, competitive college hockey team that has a valued academic program that future employers recognize.
Being a goalie in hockey is a difficult position that requires strength, agility and total focus. It requires determination to do your best every game and every practice. I believe this to be true and the same in my academic studies.
Hockey takes up a lot of my time but I am also a big soccer fan. I have no time anymore to play competitive as I have in the past but I do enjoy playing soccer with my friends when time permits. My Grandfather played professional soccer in Scotland so he would be a little disappointed if I didn't.
I was born in Edmonton, Alberta Canada and we moved to Houston five years ago. I have been fortunate enough to play in the 2016 nationals tier 2 bantam in North Carolina and recently 2017 nationals tier 2 midget in Dallas. Although we were unsuccessful in advancing, it was a great experience and I will apply what I learned to next season.
At this time I have no preference about where in the U.S. to attend college. I am open to all states. My search has just begun and I look forward to what the future holds for me.
