Cole Kissell '19 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing lacrosse since second grade at club level on the top level teams. In July 2011 I was chosen to play on an All Star team to represent Colorado at a Tri State Tournament in Princeton,NJ and we were National Champions at that tournament. 

My freshman year in HS I was the Captain of the Level 3 team, played on the JV team and by mid year was playing on Varsity team which was my goal as a freshman.  I received an award for "Fastest Shot" that year also.  The announcers for our radio & live stream games online have nicknamed me "Kissell the Missile" for my fast shot. 

My sophomore year I was starting Midfielder for Varsity and received Second Team All Conference award 2016-2017. 

 As a Junior I am starting Midfielder on Varsity and currently the leading scorer on our team. I am a leader and well respected by coaching staff & teammates.  I received the Varsity MVP award, First Team all Conference and State award 2017-2018.  I am a great team player looking for the best open man or shot.  I am easily coachable and open to advice from my coaches & peers.  My shots in goal percentage has increased by 50% this year as well as my goals per game and I continue to work hard on my skills.  I have excellent stick skills and ground ball skills. 

I have always dreamed of playing Lacrosse in college and feel it will be a great opportunity for me to experience and continue to improve on my skills.
