Isaac Arnold '26 Recruiting Profile

I have recently decided to join Select Generation Academy in Salamanca, Spain to play in the Spanish 5th division as a gap year from August 2025 through June 2026. I am looking forward to continuing to grow my game and compete at the highest level. I will be eligible to join a college program starting Fall 2026. 

I have been playing football for my entire life, and I love the sport. My goal in life is to progress to the professional level and to become the best player that I can be. I am a very hard worker. I workout at the gym 7 days a week and train around 3 times a day to work on my technical skill, tactical skill, mindset and drive. My strengths are passing accuracy, tackling, crossing with both feet, and I have very high stamina. My preferred position is center midfield like the 6 or 8. For my highschool varsity team I have played as a center back, and a midfielder.

I spent June 2023 in London at a Train Effective camp, training with Simon O'neill, a Northern Ireland national team scout, and Ben Jacobson, the ex-captain of the Blackpool Academy from u12 to u18.  I had the opportunity to play with some professional level players and coaches from around the world. We played 2 matches against academies in London, and I played with the over 18 age group for both matches. 

I am a good student and achieve high grades in all of my classes. I am going into my junior year and plan to continue with Honors and AP science courses as science is the field I would like to go into. I am enrolled to take AP Chemistry and AP Biology. I currently hold a 3.7/4.0 weighted GPA and will work to raise it this coming year.
