Diego Canellas '25 Recruiting Profile

I am a student athlete looking to take my soccer career to the next level. I currently play on an CFC ECNL team out of Bethany, CT. I attend Xavier HS where I am a captain of the Varsity team.  I usually play as a striker or a winger. My senior year I have scored 30 goals and have made 10 assists. I have also been awarded All-American,  All States,1st Team All conference, Senior Bowl MVP, as well as GametimeCT's Player of the Year. In the classroom I work hard to maintain a high GPA. I have also been inducted in 4 national honor societies and have received high honor roll in all my semesters in HS. I would love to keep playing soccer in college in a school that is a right fit for me academically and athletically. I am ultimately looking to compete at the highest level possible. I would like to end up playing somewhere where I can make an impact and work hard for my team.
