Billy Murphy '14 Recruiting Profile

My name is Billy Murphy I lived in Benton harbor, Michigan but I am originally from London England. I was a freshman at Lake Michigan College where I gained a 2.7 GPA and achieved 26 credits . I am 5ft 10 and 185 lbs, I am a natural forward but have the ability to play anywhere on the field.

Fall of 2015 I came over to America as a striker and ended up playing in midfield and the defence because of my ability to play anywhere on the field and the lack of players in the squad. My abilities are my strengths on the ball , my movement off the ball is very good and I can definitely get double digit goals in a season. I have played all levels in England except for Pro and I am very confident in my ability on the field and in the class room. I am a passionate, disciplined, and technical soccer player and want to play at the highest level possible. I have taken the 2016 season off to find a university which i feel will be my new home for the next years of my education. I have played one year of college soccer and currently have 3 years of eligibility left.
