Keanu Prescod '22 Recruiting Profile

At The Waring School students are encouraged to perform well in both academics and athletics.  We are also encouraged to seek help from our teachers outside of class if we need help in any areas.  I  am on the school's soccer, lacrosse and basketball teams but I am really passionate about soccer. I know that I will be going to college soon and my goal is to find a college where I could play soccer competitively.  I watch professional soccer matches and try some of their techniques to improve my skills. My coaches have commented on my speed, footwork and never giving up attitude. I can honestly say that I try my very best in everything that I have to do. What I think makes me different is that I know the importance of teamwork if a team is to be successful.  Soccer is not an individual sport it takes a team to win!
